CUSTOM WIGS (preorder): are shipped according to processing time on the product page.
READY TO SHIP WIGS: are shipped within 24-48 hours after payment.
SHIPPING DURATION: from dispatch to delivery (local) takes 2-5 working days.
From dispatch to delivery (international) takes 5-10 working days depending on the courier company used.
Please note that we DON’T do refunds, but we exchange if fault is ours
